Hello, my name is Tracy Wilcox-Cannaby,

I live in Chepstow with my family, and am the proud owner of Kingsmark Properties.

I began my career over 30 years ago within the housing industry working as a Sales Negotiator for Darlows Estate Agents based in the Chepstow Office from the age of 21, I progressed from Sales Negotiator to Sales Manager whereupon I then went on to start a new venture of my own opening a new Estate Agency in partnership with my good friend and colleague forming a business partnership with Lorraine Wright in December 2003 opening Wilcox & Wright Estate Agency.  Following a very successful 5 years, Lorraine retired so I was excited to continue the business myself renaming it Kingsmark Properties, concentrating on growing the Rental side of the business. where it has continued to grow successfully and expand year after year.

In the 30 years that i have worked within the housing industry I have gained extensive experience along with a vast knowledge of the property market and local area.

I have a real passion for my job and love meeting and helping clients find their dream homes.
